Terms and Conditions of the Online Store purre.eu

The online store operating at www.purre.eu is run by SOLEX INT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, based in Kołobrzeg, at Witkowice 1, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Koszalin, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000741945, NIP: 6040206395, REGON: 380884987, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:
The purpose of the Store is to sell products currently available in the assortment and to allow the Customer to place Orders for offered products through the website. This service is available after the Customer registers and logs into the Store or by filling out the Order form correctly without the need to log in. The Store allows free browsing of the Store's assortment on product pages.

Sales are conducted via the Internet between the Customer placing an Order as the buyer and the Store as the Seller.

Every Customer purchasing products offered by the Store is required to read these Terms and Conditions.

§ 2 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PLACING ORDERS

Technical requirements necessary for using the Store's services:
If the Customer uses equipment or software that does not meet the technical requirements specified above, the Store does not guarantee the correct operation of the service and reserves that this may negatively affect the quality and course of the Order placement process.

It is prohibited for the Customer to provide unlawful content, including in Product reviews.

The Store ensures that all reviews regarding the Products offered in the Store come exclusively from Customers who have purchased the given Product. To this end, the Store restricts access to the review submission form only to Customers who have an active customer account in the Store, where the purchase of the given Product has been recorded in the Order history. Access to the review form is also granted to Customers who purchased the Product without registration. Such Customers receive a special link in the order confirmation email, allowing them to access the review form.

The Customer can subscribe to the Store's newsletter, which is a periodic dispatch of information about the Store's products and services. To subscribe, the Customer enters their email address in the newsletter form on the Store's website, simultaneously confirming their consent to the processing of their personal data for this purpose and the sending of promotional content to the provided email. The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time by sending a resignation statement via the Store's email: contact@purre.eu or selecting the unsubscribe link in the email containing the newsletter.

§ 3 REGISTRATION

Registration in the Store is free of charge and optional.

Registration in the Store is based on a correctly completed registration form, in which the Customer provides necessary identification data (name, surname), email address, and password; accepts the current Store Terms and Conditions, and submits a declaration of consent to the processing of personal data necessary for the proper execution of the Customer's Orders. Account registration can also be completed by selecting the appropriate checkbox during the Order placement process. A confirmation message of the account creation will be sent to the Customer's email address provided in the registration form. Upon receipt of the confirmation message, an agreement regarding account management between the Customer and the Store is concluded.

After registering in the Store, logging in is done using the data provided in the registration form or changed later at the Customer's request.

Registration and login to the Customer's account can also be done by linking the account on Facebook or Google with the Store account by clicking the appropriate button during the registration or login process and following the instructions from the linked account provider for correct registration or login.

To delete a Customer's account from the Store (terminate the agreement), an email request for account deletion must be sent to contact@purre.eu, providing identifying details of the currently registered Customer in the Store. The above does not apply when the Store is in the process of fulfilling an Order placed by the Customer. In such a case, the termination takes effect upon the execution of the respective Order.

The Store allows placing Orders without the need to register and log in. In this case, the Customer must complete the electronic form in the ordering process by entering the data required by the Store necessary for identification and the conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement (name, surname, email address, optional phone number, delivery address). The Customer must accept the current Terms and Conditions along with a declaration of consent for data processing necessary for the Order. Lack of registration in the Store means the absence of a Customer account that enables automatic Order tracking.

§ 4 ORDERS

Information about the available assortment in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

By placing an Order, the Customer submits an invitation to conclude a sales contract for the ordered Products in the Store. The Product ordering process begins with confirming the service features through the Product page. The Customer is informed about the estimated Order processing time, product availability, price, payment methods, and possible delivery options. To deliver the product, the Customer must provide their address details or verify them if they have previously registered an account.

Before placing the Order (by clicking the "Order and Pay" button), the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Order.

The confirmation sent by the Store to the Customer's provided email address constitutes a declaration of acceptance of the invitation mentioned above. If, before confirming the Order ("Order and Pay" button), the Customer discontinues using the service and leaves the Store, the contract will not be concluded.

A Customer making a purchase as a business entity must provide their NIP number when placing an Order; otherwise, they will be considered a Consumer.

The Store evaluates whether a Customer who is an entrepreneur registered in the CEIDG has Consumer rights based on individual circumstances and any declarations made by the Customer during the ordering process.

To place an Order, the Customer must choose, from the options available in the Store:

  • The ordered products,
  • The delivery method,
  • The payment method,
  • The delivery address.

The selection is made by choosing a product and adding it to the cart.

The Customer may select an unlimited number of products for the Order from the available stock, and upon proceeding to the Cart, they will receive a summary of the selected Products. If the stock is limited, the Store will indicate this information on the product page.

If the Products covered by the Order are unavailable in the warehouse, at the Store's suppliers, or for other reasons preventing the fulfillment of the Customer's Order, the Store will notify the Customer no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the Order date. In such a case, the Customer may decide whether they agree to the Order's fulfillment within the period proposed by the Store or withdraw from the contract. If the Store cannot fulfill part of the Order as described above, the Customer is informed of the Order status and makes a decision on its execution.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Store will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the product. The notification will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer in the Order or registration form.
